FAQs

How does booking work?

  • Booking is very simple and easy to do! First, click on Book Now and select one of our packages that best fits your needs and budget.
  • You can then customize the package by selecting any add on extras you’d like.
  • After finishing your package, select the date and time you’d like to schedule your service for. We have morning, early afternoon, and late afternoon time slots. If you’d like to request a specific time, then you may request so in the notes section. We schedule based on and other appointments and will confirm a time window (generally an hour or two) beforehand. On the day of the appointment we will contact you with a more accurate time as your appointment nears.
  • Once you pick you date and time, you fill in you info. You only need to do this once as your profile will be saved on our secure database.
  • After filling out your info you can decide to pay in full beforehand or pay an initial deposit and pay the rest after you service is done!
  • Once you are done you can review everything and then confirm your booking!

Can I cancel my appointment and receive my deposit back?

  • Yes, you have until 24 hours to cancel for a full refund! If its within 24 hours you will forfeit your initial deposit of $20. We understand if situations arise, if need be, we can reschedule your appointment at no additional cost. 

Do you accept cash?

  • We do not accept cash for appointments made in advance; however, we will periodically set up in certain locations and post via social media where we will be. We will accept cash in person!

If I am not 100% satisfied can I get a refund?

  • Yes of course, our guarantee means if you are not completely satisfied after we have completed the service, we will refund you all the money back including your deposit!

Do I need to be there for the appointment?

  • Not necessarily, if you plan on not being there for the appointment, the vehicle must be easily accessible and away from any other vehicles or buildings. We must have enough room to work around the car as well as not overspray on any nearby cars! We will also send pictures of before and after of your vehicle so you can approve of our service before we leave.

Do I need to have any equipment?

  • Nope, our detailers come fully equipped and ready to go! No equipment will be needed on your part.

How will you access my vehicle?

  • We will meet you at the location you entered for your appointment and look for your vehicle. If it is already easily accessible, we will begin working on it. If not, we will require the keys to move the vehicle to a better spot to work on it. If you are booking at a private place such as your workplace, please be sure to have it approved beforehand with the owner/s.

Who will come to my place? 

  • All our team members go through and background check and drug test beforehand before being hired. We take pride in only hiring the best customer service candidates that are trustworthy. All our team members will have uniforms with our company logo on them to easily identify!

Do you detail other transportation vehicles?
